Canadian Freedom Convoy organizer Tamara Lich will be released from jail after the Ontario Superior Court found ruled that there were errors in the judge's decision to revoke her bail two weeks ago, according to National Post.

Tamara Lich was arrested in her hometown of Medicine Hat, Alberta on June 27 after allegedly breaching bail conditions. She was reportedly arrested after criticizing the government, which was one of the conditions given to her upon her release.

The Freedom Convoy organizer was initially arrested in Ottawa on February 17, and charged with violating Criminal Code section 464 for having counselled mischief: the obstruction, interruption and interference with the use and enjoyment of property. Lich was released from jail after 18 days behind bars.

Lich was denied bail on July 8, and re-appeared in court again on July 14, where she was denied bail for a second time.

Criticism over her treatment has been widespread, with some suggesting that she is being targeted based on her political views.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
