On Monday, former President Donald Trump arrived at Trump tower in NYC ahead of his scheduled court appearance on Tuesday to respond to a recent indictment out of District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office.

Trump supporters gathered outside the building to express their backing of the former president amidst charges many have called a political prosecution. As Trump entered the building he smiled and waved at supporters.

Multitudes of his supporters gathered outside his NYC residence in anticipation of his arrival to the Big Apple to welcome him home.

Trump landed at NYC's LaGuardia airport will be responding to the recent indictment out of District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office tommorrow.

Trump's legal team has stated the former president intends to plead not guilty to all charges when he appears at the courthouse on Tuesday.

As his plane approached decent, crowds swelled outside Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue with a resounding chorus of strong support.

Supporters also condemned what many have described as a political witch hunt being led by DA Alvin Bragg.

While NYC Mayor Eric Adams warned the city to behave, supporters outside of Trump Tower showed nothing but support and positivity for Trump on this unprecedented and historic day. No past president has been indicted on criminal charges.

Trump and his team have been clear on their intentions: to move through the legal process swiftly and without spectacle in order to establish Trump's inocence in a case that will undoubtedly go down in history.

Trump is expected to be arraigned Tuesday at 2:15pm and later give remarks from Mar-a-Lago later that night.

Earlier in the day, Trump left his Mar-a-Lago estate to board Trump Force One to make the trip and Trump supporters lined the Florida streets as the President's motorcade made its way to the airport.

Trump said on Truth Social that he would leave at noon on Monday and said, 'On Tuesday morning I will be going to, believe it or not, the Courthouse. America was not supposed to be this way!"

On Sunday, Trump's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, went on CNN to say his client intends to plead "will very loudly and proudly say not guilty" to the charges.
