Turning Point USA has announced that it will be putting on an "All American Halftime Show" that will serve as a counter to the halftime appearance from Bad Bunny, who previously said that he did not want to come to America on one of his recent tours.

"It’s true, Turning Point USA is thrilled to announce The All American Halftime Show. Performers and event details coming soon," TPUSA announced on X.

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec posted about the event, writing, "I've had to keep quiet about this all week And now it's finally official The TPUSA All American Halftime Show is happening."

A form with the announcement was published by TPUSA to get information and updates about the upcoming show. Those filling out the form are asked their name and information, as well as their preferred taste in music with the catch-all option of "anything in English" as an option.

The announcement from TPUSA comes after it was announced that he would be headlining the Super Bowl halftime show in February. He previously skipped over the US during his 2025 to 2026 tour, citing President Donald Trump's immigration policy.

The performer, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martinez, told reporters previously, "People from the US could come here to see the show. Latinos and Puerto Ricans of the United States could also travel here, or to any part of the world. But there was the issue that ... ICE could be outside (my concert venue). And it's something that we were talking about and very concerned about."

Since it was revealed that Martinez would be performing, he has appeared to go out of his way to disrespect the country, sitting down while everyone else stood during a performance of "God Bless America" at Yankee stadium. Additionally, he has told Americans that they have "four months to learn" Spanish before his halftime performance.
