The campaign to elect Donald Trump for a second term in office released a statement saying that the former president is doing well after an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally.

"As was communicated earlier this evening, President Trump is doing well and grateful to law enforcement and first responders for their fast action," the campaign said.

"President Trump looks forward to joining you all in Milwaukee," the statement continued, "as we proceed with our convention to nominate him to serve as the 47th President of the United States. As our party's nominee, President Trump will continue to share his vision to Make America Great Again." It was signed by campaign senior advisors Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita as well as RNC co-chairs Michael Whatley and Lara Trump.

Trump was speaking at a campaign rally on Saturday afternoon when multiple shots rang out and attendees began screaming. Trump put a hand to his ear and then ducked down beneath the podium as Secret Service agents rushed in. Trump raised a fist in triumph as agents helped him off stage, blood streaming down his face, his ear bloodied.

Trump posted to Truth Social after the shooting, saying "I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!"

After the shooting, the gunman was found in a sniper position and was neutralized by agents. At least one other person was confirmed dead as a result of the attack.

So, a LEO or SS sniper shot the criminal sniper, but didn't see him beforehand and take action. Plausible deniability. Can't wait for the government cover-up to begin.
