BREAKING: WNBA team bans Enes Kanter Freedom from Chicago arena after Natasha Cloud got him kicked out of Sky game

The ownership of the WNBA team Chicago Sky has banned former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom from Wintrust Arena after an altercation in which player Natasha Cloud was seen yelling at Freedom during Sunday's game. This comes on the heels of Freedom claiming that he is a woman and is therefore eligible to play in the WNBA.

In an address to reporters, Sky owner Michael Alter said, "He has demonstrated to us, unequivocally, that he has the potential to be a threat," per Outkick.

Freedom has advocated against allowing males join the WNBA as the league has struggled to come up with a reason why he and former NBA player Royce White should not be allowed to compete if they claim to identify as women.

However, over the weekend, Freedom was ejected from a Chicago Sky game after Cloud was seen shouting at Freedom. The former NBA player was sitting courtside and responded before he was escorted out of the arena by security.

When he was kicked out, Freedom posted to X, "I just got kicked out of a @WNBA game for supporting WOMEN! Let that sink in, AMERICA!" At the time of him getting ejected, he was wearing a shirt that had the definition of "woman" on it.

The incident happened in the third quarter of the game before the Sky's loss to the Indiana Fever. Cloud was able to get a basket, and then the Fever called a timeout before she started yelling at him.

"To every trans kid/person, You are apart of MY community & tribe. You belong. You’re loved. You’re seen. You’re perfect as you are. & you will always be protected by me," Cloud posted to Threads after the incident.
