Canada's Conservative Party continues to show signs of strength in the latest federal polling, this time in a poll by Mainstreet Research.
Figures show the Conservatives at a steady 36 percent, with the Liberals trailing at 31. The NDP remain at 19, while the PPC at 6, Bloc at 5, and Greens at 3.
The poll is consistent with other federal polls by the likes of Nanos and Campaign Research, who also show the Conservatives leading by slight to moderate margins.

How the polling translates into seating shows the Conservatives gaining 22 seats, the Liberals losing 25 seats, the NDP gaining 12 seats, the Bloc losing 6 seats, and the Greens losing 2 seats.
