Hunter Biden’s lawyer threatened anti-corruption group founder, faces ethics complaints

“You’re gonna enjoy being a buttboy for 20 years, dude. Lube up,” Morris continued, telling Ziegler that he’d come visit him in prison, and that he knew where he lived.

On Thursday, it was revealed that Hunter Biden’s lawyer Kevin Morris had been duped by anti-corruption group Marco Polo’s founder Garrett Ziegler into discussing his client’s case.

After Ziegler revealed his true identity to Morris, the lawyer lashed out, sending him a slew of threatening text messages.

According to text messages obtained by the Daily Mail, Ziegler had originally contacted Morris purporting to be “Jon Cooper,” a member of an operations security collective working on breaking down the contents of the infamous Hunter Biden laptop in order to prove that the whole thing was an “inside job.”

Morris, who has been on a mission to discredit the information gathered from his client’s abandoned laptop, was initially weary about Cooper’s identity, but soon jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with him.

After days of back and forth between the two, Cooper revealed himself as Ziegler, sending Morris a picture of the group’s logo and thanking him for unwittingly providing them with information.

“Call your lawyer, Garrett,” Morris replied. “We already have you. You have been a bad boy.” He went on to call him a “punk,” and a “sick kid playing bully.”

“I haven’t laughed so hard since I saw you in those Geico commercials,” Ziegler shot back.

“You’re gonna enjoy being a buttboy for 20 years, dude. Lube up,” Morris continued, telling Ziegler that he’d come visit him in prison, and that he knew where he lived.

The exchange between Ziegler and Morris centered around the fact that the latter needed to figure out how to spin the laptop story to save his client, and the former claimed to have a plan.

Upon outlining the plan, Morris referred to it as “historic,” telling Cooper (Ziegler) “You’re a hero,” and offering to hire him.

Ziegler, a former Trump White House aide, obtained a copy of the hard drive and has been working to expose the “degeneracy, debauchery, and criminality” contained within.

Via his organization, he continues to publish the content online for all to see, much to the chagrin of people like Morris.
