"F*ck yourselves," the agitator said, calling the members of the group "neck gushers."
At a Kent State University tabling event on Tuesday, an agitator was seen brandishing a pair of scissors, popping the group’s balloons. The agitator also mocked Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s assassination, and called the students "neck gushers."
The agitator was seen approaching the table with hands in pockets before pulling out the pair of scissors and proceeding to stab balloons that had been set up. One of the students attempted to save some of the balloons, telling the agitator, "No, thank you," before taking some of the balloons away. The agitator moved from one of the tables to another, with students backing off from the scissors-brandishing agitator.
"F*ck yourselves," the agitator said, calling the members of the group "neck gushers," an apparent reference to Kirk being fatally shot in the neck at Utah Valley University in September. The agitator said in a mocking tone, "ooooh, it sounds like" Charlie Kirk's killing.
The students had been holding an "Axe the Tax" tabling event at the Ohio school, in which the group shed light on the number of taxes the average American pays in the United States.
Charged with Kirk's September killing is Tyler Robinson. In a letter allegedly left behind by Robinson for his transgender lover Lance Twiggs, he wrote, "If you are reading this … I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I took it." He is accused of fatally shooting Kirk, who had been hosting an event outside on campus, from the rooftop of a nearby building.
