In a tweet issued on Sunday, Kiss member Paul Stanley spoke out against child sex changes, calling it a "sad and dangerous fad."

"There is a BIG difference between teaching acceptance and normalizing and even encouraging participation in a lifestyle that confuses young children into questioning their sexual identification as though some sort of game and then parents in some cases allow it," Stanley wrote in a post titled "My Thoughts On What I’m Seeing."

"There ARE individuals who as adults may decide reassignment is their needed choice but turning this into a game or parents normalizing it as some sort of natural alternative or believing that because a little boy likes to play dress up in his sister’s clothes or a girl in her brother’s, we should lead them steps further down a path that’s far from the innocence of what they are doing," he added.

Trans groups have claimed that young children, even as young as two when the young toddlers are learning to run and developing speech, can recognize that they are transgender.

One mother, among many, has stated that her four-year-old daughter would tell her that she is a boy, and the mother affirmed her child’s belief without question.

"With many children who have no real sense of sexuality or sexual experiences caught up in the 'fun' of using pronouns and saying what they identify as, some adults mistakenly consume teaching acceptance with normalizing and encouraging a situation that has been a struggle for those truly affected and have turned into a sad and dangerous fad," Stanley concluded.

Fellow rockstar Dee Snider of Twisted Sister responded to Stanley’s post, writing, "You know what? There was a time where I 'felt pretty' too. Glad my parents didn't jump to any rash conclusions! Well said, [Paul Stanley]."

One mother transitioned her four-year-old son to live as a girl, and spoke out earlier this year about her regret over the matter and the process of detransitioning her child.

Rates of detransition for minors who undergo such procedures and treatments is upwards of 30 percent, much higher than the less than 1 percent rate cited by transgender activists.
