She stunned in a custom red Christian Dior suit and her rare public appearance was widely celebrated across social media.
This comes after Melania Trump released a powerful statement following the assassination attempt on her husband, in which she called on the country to "unite" and "rise above the hate."
The former first lady was greeted with cheers from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin RNC crowd as she entered the convention with a beaming smile on her face. Her entrance was well-received on social media, with individuals describing her as "classy,” “graceful,” “elegant,” and “stunning."
Mrs. Trump, a philanthropist and former model, was donning a red custom Christian Dior blazer and matching skirt styled by French designer Herve Pierre, as reported by Breitbart News. She previously wore this blazer in Paris, France when she met with First Lady Brigitte Macron in 2017.
Melania Trump's presence contributed to the Republican Party's demonstration of widespread unity, a theme that was particularly prominent throughout the RNC convention following the assassination attempt on Trump's life last weekend. Mrs. Trump urged Americans to "ascend above the hate, the vitriol, and the simple-minded ideas that ignite violence."
President Trump honored his "amazing" wife during his acceptance speech, which was centered around uniting the entire country. After Trump finished his address, he and the former first lady shared a heartfelt moment on stage. Melania surprised him with a kiss and other members of the Trump family joined the former president on stage shortly after.
Also in attendance was Trump's eldest daughter, Ivanka, who has remained out of the spotlight since her father left the White House in 2021.
