Melania Trump said it is a miracle that her husband survived two attempts on his life in a new interview.

In a preview of her first television interview in over two years, the former First Lady told Fox and Friends host Ainsley Earhardt how she found out about the two assassination attempts on her husband's life. "I ran to the TV and I [rewound] it and I watched it," she said, referring to the first assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in July.

She continued, "I didn't really see [it] live, but maybe, you know, three minutes, a few minutes later. But when I saw it, I, you know, it was only... Nobody really knew yet. Because when you see him on the floor, and you don't know, you don't know what really happened.”

Thomas Matthew Crooks fired multiple shots at Trump from the rooftop of a building approximately 130 yards away before he was neutralized by a sniper on the president’s detail.

One bullet clipped Trump’s ear, while others killed former Pennsylvania fire chief Corey Comperatore and injured rally attendees James Copenhaver and David Dutch.

During the second attempt on Trump’s life at his golf course in West Palm Beach on Sept. 15, Melania Trump said, "I saw it on the television and as soon as I saw it on television, I called again, and he was OK because Secret Service were great. The guys that they were, the team, they were fantastic. And I think both of the events, they were real miracles. If you really think about it, July 13th was a miracle. How… like that much, and he could, you know, he could not be with us."

The former first lady is releasing clips of the interview ahead of the launch of her memoir, "Melania," which is scheduled to be released in October. The full interview is scheduled to air on "Fox & Friends," Thursday morning.
