"Everybody's had that question. What's the point of it all?"
Cernovich published the trailer to his account on X with the attached caption: "Meaning. From the makers of Hoaxed."
The new film titled, "Meaning," will be released sometime in 2024 and is from the makers of Hoaxed, which is a 2019 film produced by Cernovich that provides a perspective on how "fake news" is created by mainstream media giants through the power of framing.
The trailer of the new film shows images and video clips of significant life events, beginning with the creation of the earth and mankind, then panning to scenes of death.
"Everybody's had that question. What's the point of it all?" Cernovich says as a voiceover in the trailer.
"We live, we die, that's it?" he asks. "Is that really all there is?"
"Did we come from somewhere else? Were we kicked out of our true homes? Why do we feel disconnected? What is the longing in our hearts? The deep yearning that there needs to be something more," he continues.
"If this can't be all that there is, what is the meaning of life?" he concludes.
A release date for the film has not yet been given, but the trailer says it will be released sometime in 2024.
Individuals on X expressed their excitement about the film, writing in the comments, "I can't wait to see this."
"You are a treasure @Cernovich. Thank you!!" one user wrote.
"This looks great, excited to see it," another said.
