"JCSD is in possession of several videos that are so graphic that we are not at liberty to release them or even discuss the particular content."
On Wednesday, a 19-year-old Mississippi woman, Denise Frazier, was arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty and unnatural intercourse after she allegedly committed beastiality with her male dog, an act that a local resident said was posted on social media.
According to local news, Jones County Sheriff’s Department lead investigator Sgt. J.D. Carter said, "In my 17 years in law enforcement, this is one of the most disturbing cases that I've ever investigated. JCSD is in possession of several videos that are so graphic that we are not at liberty to release them or even discuss the particular content."
"The investigation into this case is far from over," Carter added.
The incident was first reported to the sheriff’s department by a "concerned resident" who had seen a disturbing video posted on a social media site that showed the beastiality between the dog and a human female.
According to the Mirror, the graphic videos were posted to Snapchat.
Frazier also posted videos to TikTok of her holding and dancing with dogs.
The investigation led police to a Norton Road home in the Myrick community of Jones County and an arrest warrant was issued for Frazier.
Sgt. Carter said, "We’ve never dealt with this particular type of case before. There are really no true words to describe it other than disgusting. So, right now, we’re still in that initial phase, right past the first part of it. But, we’re still going to look into it to see if there’s more."
Local news reports that videos allegedly show the suspect engaging in unnatural acts with at least three different dogs. The Mirror reports that at least one of the dogs was a German Shepard and was a "service dog."
The Mirror reports that Frazier told police she was "threatened" to make the videos and "people pay" for them.
Sgt. Carter said, "I wouldn’t understand the mindset that would even drive somebody to do that. The claim of being threatened and forced to conduct those videos, as she claimed, there’s no evidence to be found supporting that idea and yeah we did look into it."
Frazier appeared on Thursday in the Jones County Justice Court. She is currently held in the Jones County Adult Detention Facility and could face up to 10 years in jail if convicted.
According to local WDAM news, Judge Grant Hedgepeth set her bond at $25,000.Join and support independent free thinkers!
