MUST WATCH: Jack Posobiec confronts Obama AG Eric Holder for failure to properly vet Tim Walz over stolen valor

At the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night, Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec confronted former US Attorney General Eric Holder for his failure to properly vet Kamala Harris’ running mate Tim Walz over stolen valor allegations.

"AG Holder, why didn’t you vet Tim Walz?" Posobiec asked. "What about stolen valor?" Walz has been accused of stolen valor over his use of the title Command Sergeant Major, to which he was conditionally promoted during his time in the National Guard but did not fulfill all his conditions before leaving as his men prepared for an Iraq deployment. Walz was reduced to the rank of Master Sergeant.

Following Biden dropping out of the race in late July and Harris taking the reins, Reuters reported that Holder and his law firm Covington & Burling LLP were vetting possible running mates for Harris’ campaign.

As Posobiec continued pressing Holder for answers, members of the former Obama Administration attorney general’s team pushed Posobiec away, with Holder shouting "f*ck you." 

Holder and his group continued to weave through the convention center, as one member of his entourage said that Posobiec was being "way too vocal" despite being an accredited member of the press at the event and doing his job. One man eventually turned around and asked who Posobiec was working for, Real America's Voice, and another told a staff member working the floor, "can you stop him," referring to Posobiec.

Posobiec explained to the staff member that he is a member of the press and was attempting to ask Holden questions. The staff member responded, "you can't do that." Posobiec questioned why, and the staff member said that he couldn't go into the area, which was media row.

"I can't go into media row?" Posobiec asked. "But I'm press, and this is media row, right?" The staff member just stared at Posobiec, who said, "Can you just give me an answer?" The staff member eventually brought over a second staff member, who said, "Media row, like right here? Yeah, you're good to go," noting pointedly that this was the way to the exit.
 

Posobiec noted that Walz was one of the Democrats who voted to hold Holder in contempt "for allowing the ATF to sell AR-15s to Mexican drug cartels." According to a 2012 Business Insider report, the vote to hold Holder in contempt passed 255 to 67, with 17 Democrats voting in support of the criminal contempt resolution.
