Hamilton Centre MP, Matthew Green, tweeted out a response to an article, which warned of a Socialist coup in Canada. His response, "I wish." Socialist coups in the past have led to the death of 100 million people.

The article the NDP MP is responding to is written by Dr. Leslyn Lewis. A former candidate for CPC leader, Lewis is now seeking the CPC nomination for Haldimand-Norfolk, a conservative stronghold in Ontario. Lewis penned the article as an op-ed, articulating her thoughts and concerns around the permeation of socialist ideology in young people and Canadian society.
Lewis was seen as a powerful writer during her candidacy for leader, thus it is no surprise that the National Post audience seemingly enjoyed the piece. It nonetheless was attacked by partisans.
Sorry did the Millennial Post rename itself... wow... https://t.co/dnEQj7LNmW
