Biden’s press sec cuts mic after he mumbles about ‘dog-faced pony soldiers’ during speech in Vietnam
“There’s a lot of lying, dog-faced pony soldiers about global warming.”
“There’s a lot of lying, dog-faced pony soldiers about global warming.”

During a Sunday night press conference in Hanoi, Vietnam, Biden was suddenly cut off from answering questions, with the sound of jazz music playing him off the stage.
"We talked about stability, we talked about the Third World, excuse me, the Southern Hemisphere has access to change. It wasn't confrontational at all…." Biden rambled as he answered questions from reporters.
As Biden continued on, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre could be heard over a separate microphone announcing that the press conference was over.
"Thank you everybody. This ends the press conference. Thanks everyone."
Biden continued to try to answer questions being shouted from reporters, and eventually shuffled off stage.
During the 26-minute conference, Biden spoke on what he claims is a John Wayne movie reference, and in rambling about an alleged scene where "Indians" were being taken back to the reservation, said that "there’s a lot of lying, dog-faced pony soldiers about global warming."
As was observed by The Guardian, Vox, and Slate, despite Biden's claims that his well-known and often repeated "lying, dog-faced pony soldier" phrase is a John Wayne reference, there appears to be no evidence that such a scene exists in any John Wayne movie.
Moments later, Biden said as he shuffled through his papers, "I’m just following my orders," and called on five reporters.
During questions, which took place at around 9 pm Vietnam time, or around 10 am EST, Biden told the crowd, "I don’t know about you, but I’m going to bed."
Biden spent two days in India for the G20 Leaders’ Summit, then flew to Vietnam on Sunday in regards to the countries’ diplomatic relations, according to the Daily Mail.
Opening the press conference, which began an hour late, Biden told the crowd, "Well, you know, there is that — one of my staff members said, "Remember the famous song, you know, "Good Morning, Vietnam?’ Well, good evening, Vietnam."
The phrase is not from a song, but rather made popular by the 1987 Robin Williams movie of the same name.
"Biden’s press conference in Hanoi today further verified his economic priorities and his primary focus. It’s China First and America Last," Rep Cory Mills (R-Fla 7) told The Post Millennial.
"He made numerous comments about wanting China to have a strong economy, not supporting any de-coupling of American reliance, and building railways abroad to advance other nations economically. What he did NOT do is make a single comment about American growth, strengthening our currency globally, stopping reliance on adversarial nations, or building confidence in America’s ability to be a world leader.
"While China, Russia, and Iran increase their domestic energy output, Biden further attacks & weakens U.S. fossil fuel capabilities through his cancellations in Alaska and the Arctic. Meanwhile, he finger wags other nations regarding carbon emissions when his partner China increases their coal and fossil fuel usage to advance industrial base buildout.
"Biden is compromised, mentally weak, and too incompetent to run America. We must advance America first agendas to protect our citizens, build confidence in our economy, strengthen our military, secure our borders, prioritize our children’s future, and get our out of control spending in check.
"We must rebuild our trust in America’s role as a formidable global leader."
