BREAKING: Alabama ‘masc lesbian’ charged with threatening to shoot Trump at college football game: ‘I’ll put a bullet through him’

Megan Lorraine Utz allegedly shared a news story about Trump’s planned appearance and wrote: “He’s not allowed in my stadium! I’ll put a bullet through him if he dares.”

The October 8 complaint obtained by The Post Millennial charges Utz with threats against the president and threatening communications. An accompanying FBI affidavit details how investigators connected the Facebook account to Utz and located her after she allegedly fled a residence as officers arrived.

According to the affidavit, Huntsville television station WHNT News 19 posted an article on Facebook on October 2 about Trump’s plans to attend the October 10 game. Around October 5, a Facebook account using the name “Kase Utz” shared the article with the alleged threat. FBI investigators compared the account’s profile photograph with Utz’s Alabama driver’s license photograph.

Both depicted the same person with a distinctive neck tattoo. Investigators then submitted an emergency disclosure request to Meta for information associated with the account. According to the affidavit, Meta provided a birth date matching Utz’s driver’s license and recent location data identifying an address in Florence, Alabama.

The FBI also located a September 27, 2025, TikTok post depicting Utz and another person at an Alabama–Georgia football game. Investigators found another photograph showing her with a former Alabama football player, accompanied by a caption celebrating their meeting.

On October 6, FBI agents, Secret Service agents and Florence police went to the Salvation Army in Florence, where investigators believed Utz had recently been staying. Employees told officers she had left in a light blue pickup truck and might be at a nearby "squatter house." Agents located a truck matching that description outside a residence on Midway Street. While agents were speaking with a man outside, Utz allegedly opened the front door, looked at the agent, then closed and locked it.

Another man gave officers permission to enter and search for Utz, according to the affidavit. After officers searched the residence, a third man told agents that she had fled on foot and pointed toward her location.

Florence police pursued and arrested Utz on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for harassing communications issued by the Guin Police Department. Officers seized a phone from her during a search following the arrest. Investigators transferred the seized phone to the Tennessee Valley Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory.

During an interview after she was advised of her Miranda rights, Utz said she could not recall when she had last accessed Facebook, according to the affidavit.

Asked why she made the threatening post, Utz responded: “I just wanted my phone scanned . . . and the next time that this happens, somebody always gets hurt, and someone always dies.”

When agents asked whether someone had accessed her phone and made the post, Utz claimed that malware applications were taking her password. She also described alleged hacking activity and asked: “How am I going to shoot him?”

Utz also told investigators she had suffered 18 concussions and had previously been prescribed several medications, including Valium, Vistaril and Buspar, according to the affidavit. During the interview, she described numerous hospital visits across Alabama, including a stay at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Utz's Facebook account is a collection of posts about Republicans where she wrote, "You die by lethal injection!"

In addition to online ramblings, there is also a collection of anti-Israel posts on her page, as well as posts about arrested and convicted offenders.

A federal grand jury has indicted Utz on two counts: threats against the president and interstate transmission of threatening communication, the Justice Department announced October 22. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison, plus potential fines, if convicted. This is a developing story.
