View on XJose Ibarra, the illegal immigrant charged in the murder of Laken Riley, was also released after being arrested at the border and released once again in New York after being arrested for endangering a child.
Ibarra was also an “active member” of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.
The ongoing border crisis has led to many criminal acts committed against Amercian citizens by illegal immigrants since Biden took office.
Earlier in February, an illegal immigrant in Utah was arrested and charged for the rape of an 11-year-old girl in the town of Provo. In another case, a 14-year-old girl was raped at knifepoint in Louisiana by an illegal national from Honduras.
