View on XLove, 25, could be seen on video wearing a "security" vest, kicking Haner in the head as he lay unresponsive in the street.
Over the course of the next few days after the attack, Love was reportedly begging for money on Snapchat to facilitate his escape from the consequences of his actions.
On Friday just after 5:30 a.m., Love was booked into the Multnomah County Detention center. He is charged with three felonies, including assault, coercion, and riot, according to booking records.
Haner was hospitalized after the attack, but has since been released from care. In an interview with a local, Oregon Fox affiliate, Haner said that he'd crashed his car, and that "someone was 'yanking' him out of the truck 'before [he] even got his door open."
This is a breaking story and will be updated.
