WATCH: Freedom Convoy organizer speaks to a huge crowd: ‘This is an example for the world’

Dichter had just had surgery on Friday, and apologized if he "seemed low energy" because of this, but he spoke at length about important issues nonetheless, and was received by an enthused multitude.

Dichter brought a couple other key players of the Freedom Convoy up on stage with them, praising them, and the crowd gathered there.

He mentioned a woman he met a week ago from Quebec, saying "she said to me, 'I used to be a separatist, until, two weeks ago, I bought my first Canadian flag."

Dichter went on to reiterate that the message of the convoy is one of "peace, and love and unity," going on to say how it's "a beautiful experience and an example to the world."

"... Look what's happening in countries around the world. Convoys have assembled; they've decided they need a voice. We had that massive convoy in Canberra in Australia [the nation's capital] yesterday."

Speaking about the Canadian government, Ditcher mentioned, "... we are starting to see cracks in our political class... I think they're gonna go in our direction, I think we gotta hold on a little bit longer."

Dichter then mentioned the "three Liberal MPs who broke ranks with Justin Trudeau for freedom," asking the audience to "cheer them on."

"... when you're trying to decide if you're on the wrong side of history, choose freedom! It works every time!"

Dichter concluded his discourse with, "Thank you everybody, stay safe, and show as much peace and love and unity for your fellow citizens, even those who disagree with you."
