Republican wins Loudon County commonwealth attorney race against Soros-funded incumbent after infamous ‘gender neutral’ school bathroom rape scandal
Biberaj is notorious for having her office convict Loudoun County father Scott Smith, who was arrested after he stood up for his daughter, who was raped at school.
Soros-funded incumbent Buta Biberaj lost her shot at being re-elected as the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney on Tuesday after she was bested by Republican Bob Anderson.
Anderson beat Biberaj by 300 votes, Fox 5 reports.

Despite a judge later determining the 15-year-old to have committed the act guilty of sexual battery, abduction and two counts of sodomy, he was later moved to another high school before being accused of sexually assaulting another student.
Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) eventually pardoned Smith in September, two years after his 2021 arrest.
Just minutes before Smith had been arrested at that fateful board meeting, Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler had claimed that the school had zero "record of assaults occurring in our restrooms." He also claimed that "the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist," a statement that was said to have enraged Smith at the time.
Despite these claims Ziegler had made on behalf of the district, a report in Oct. 2021 determined that the school had skipped out on reporting numerous incidents of sexual assault, likely in violation of state law.
At the time he was pardoned, Smith pledged that he would continue to "fight for parents and their children who are affected by these misguided and dangerous school policies."
Luckily for Smith, Biberaj is now one less person who may stand in the way of his stated goal.
Biberaj has not yet conceded her projected loss in the race, reports 7News.
According to Fox News, Biberaj received over $800,000 from the George Soros-funded Justice and Public Safety PAC in her 2019 campaign.
