"It will be cheaper for me to go to Thailand or Canada to get my bottom surgery than in America."

A trans-identified male who is in charge of elections in the Wiconisco Township of Pennsylvania has complained that he may have to travel to Thailand in order to have his "bottom surgery" because it is too expensive to do in America.

First reported by Libs of TikTok, Stephanie Fritsch was seen in a viral video that appeared to be a livestream talking about how expensive it is to get "bottom surgery" in America. "I have tried for a very long time to get my bottom surgery, but unfortunately it's been out of my affordability level for a very long time," Fritsch said.

He added that he is "on disability" but is not able to get his "bottom surgery" because his medical insurance does not cover it. "The bottom line is ... it will be cheaper for me to go to Thailand or Canada to get my bottom surgery than in America."

He said that he only qualifies for Medicare and cannot get Medicaid, so his copay is 20 percent. "I didn't qualify for Medicaid, that would have paid all these costs. So on my limited income, what I am trying to do right now is  actually raise some money and go to Thailand and get my medically necessary procedures."

"It's kinda hard to unpack the reality that I have to fly around the world to get a medically necessary procedure instead of getting it done in America," he added. "Could you imagine having to get a procedure in another country just because America is very limited in doing those procedures?" He said that it is "wrong" that the surgery is so expensive in America and that other trans-identified males are in a similar position to him.

On his LinkedIn, Fritsch says that he is an official in the "Office of Auditor Wiconisco Township Pennsylvania" for a "six year term."

"I am the first openly transgender woman elected to any office in Pennsylvania. The second transgender person elected to office in Pennsylvania. The third elected transgender official Dr Rachel Levine was the first transgender official in Pennsylvania," he adds on the social media page.

He also claims that existing as a transgender woman is a "statement" of "patriotism," and that he has produced milk from his chest. "You know how Straight non transgender men love women's chests. To them I have the same thing as non transgender Woman have on my body and my yearly mammogram proves I have actually have boobs," he said in an Instagram post.

"I also have produced actual breast milk. If you don't know what i am talking about here is the information. Milk is produced in the breasts within small, grape-like clusters of cells called alveoli (located inside glandular tissue/lobules). Stimulated by the hormone prolactin, these cells turn nutrients from the blood into milk, which then travels through milk ducts to the nipple," he added.
