On Sunday morning, a pilot was taken to the hospital following a helicopter accident in Brantford.
The Branford police department responded to the helicopter crash at 7:00 am between Golf and Powerline Roads.
An investigator with the Transportation Safety Board, Daniel Ferlatte, informed CTV News Kitchener that the pilot did not suffer life-threatening injuries. Ferlatte added that the helicopter was spraying pesticide to a nearby field when it went down.
The question of what caused the helicopter accident is now under investigation. No passengers were on board.
