On Tuesday, a Portland Antifa extremist recorded herself on video appearing to obstruct an immigration enforcement vehicle in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Kiley Michelle Delgado, nee Warren, of Portland, was observed physically obstructing a vehicle being driven by a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in a residential neighborhood in Hillsboro, a suburb in the Portland metro area, according to a video Delgado posted on Instagram, which included the caption, "ICE in Hillsboro, OR. La Migra."

Delgado is seen in the video nearly ramming her car into an ICE agent's vehicle in an attempt to impede the immigration enforcement agents. "We can play. My car's bigger than yours!" Delgado yelled at the ICE agent while blocking his vehicle with hers.

The ICE agent reversed his vehicle, but Delgado followed and continued to obstruct it. "It's ICE!" Delgado yelled out her window to the neighborhood members. "Help me record!" she cried out, shouting, "Get behind them if you have a car."

"If you have a car, please pull behind them. It's ICE," she continued. "They're trying to kidnap people. Please pull behind them. Please pull behind them and park...Can you pull your car behind them? It's ICE!"

The ICE agent had to maneuver his vehicle to avoid getting trapped and sped up the neighborhood road. Delgado, on the other hand, caught up with the agent's vehicle after speeding and again obstructed it."Dumb b*tches!" "You're not going anywhere," Delgado shouted at the ICE officer, appearing to threaten him.

She then exited her vehicle and ordered neighborhood members to help her obstruct the vehicle. "We have them blocked in, but we need more cars," Delgado said, adding, "Look at these losers" as she panned her camera at several ICE agents sitting in the vehicle.

Delgado's actions come amid a promised federal crackdown outside the ICE facility in Portland, which has been under siege by Antifa-affiliated agitators for more than four consecutive months, as protesters demand that criminal illegal immigrants subject to deportation remain in the self-declared sanctuary city.

Delgado has a history of involvement with Rose City Antifa, a domestic terrorist organization, stemming back to the infamous 2020 anti-police Black Lives Matter (BLM) riots.

On August 5, 2020, Delgado was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on felony riot charges. She was accused of being involved in a riot during an anti-police direct action, where she operated on behalf of the infamous Antifa-affiliated "Wall of Moms." The police station was set on fire. However, Delgado was not convicted due to former progressive District Attorney Mike Schmidt dropping nearly all protest-related charges that year.

Delgado's history of leftist extremism goes even further. She recently urged her followers on social media to target a Charlie Kirk memorial service in Beaverton, Oregon, writing in the post that she was "happy to see a Nazi taken out."
