Police in Sacramento, California are asking for assistance from the public as they continue to search for a missing 17-year-old girl. Isabel Gallego was last seen on April 19.

The teen is believed to have traveled north with a 25-year-old named Kyree Jackson, spending time in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington, according to KCRA. She has been described as "at-risk," due to the fact that she is a minor.

"The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's assistance with locating an at-risk missing person," the agency wrote in a post on Facebook. "Gallego was last seen on April 19th with green hair and piercings on her face. It is unknown if her appearance has changed since her disappearance."

The SPD explained that detectives had "learned that after leaving Sacramento, she spent several days in Portland, Oregon, before finally arriving in Seattle, Washington." According to ABC 10, Gallego is believed to be a victim of human trafficking.

"If you have any information regarding the missing person," they added, "please contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471." The post has been shared upwards of 50 times.
