On Tuesday, The View co-hosts said that Donald Trump should be thrown in prison to "prove a point" and listed off the prisons they think he should be held in, including Guantanamo Bay and Alcatraz.

Citing the OJ Simpson trial and how the judge "lost complete control of the courtroom," adding that she thinks that had a factor in the "win," co-host Sunny Hostin said that "to prove a point" Judge Juan Merchan should "put [Trump] in the clink."

Fellow co-host Whoopi Goldberg chimed in, "I don't want this to sound like I'm doing wishful thinking, but which prison would be best?"

She pulled out a list, to cheers from the audience, and said number one would be Rikers Island in New York, but "I’m OK if he goes to Alcatraz and they re-open it."

"What about Guantanamo Bay? Ok?" Goldberg said, with another chiming in that it would be "close to Mar-a-Lago" so "Melania could come visit."

"What about Supermax?" Goldberg said, noting that drug lord El Chapo was in there and Trump "wants to be with the hip people, come on."

Goldberg held up her list and said, "these are my suggestions for the case, if anybody wants to know."

Trump is currently on trial in New York City facing 34 falsified business records counts brought forth by DA Alvin Bragg, who raised them to felony charges from misdemeanors over allegations that the falsified documents were in service of a second crime.
