Participants at the Trans March were also recorded chanting “F*ck Chick-fil-A!” while directing gestures toward the restaurant brand during the opening of Pride weekend.

At the Dyke March, some attendees chanted “We’re here! We’re queer! Free Palestine is our demand!” as part of the demonstration.

One participant held a sign calling for “decriminalize nudity” during the march, which moved through downtown Toronto.

Chants of “No borders! No nations! Queer liberation!” were also heard among groups participating in the Dyke March, according to the same coverage.

Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow was seen taking part in the Dyke March as Pride weekend events continued across the city.

Separately, a participant from the previous day’s Trans March was seen holding a sign that read “kill yourselves,” directed at police, according to the reporting.
