Toyota is the latest to come under fire over its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies. It has been revealed in a report that Toyota conducts DEI training, divides employees into employee resource groups based on gender and sexual orientation, and supports funding sex change procedures for minors as well as "all ages" LGBTQ Pride events.

Robby Starbuck, a conservative activist and filmmaker, released a report on the matter Thursday, saying, "It's time to remind them [Toyota] who their customers are." He has been at the forefront of investigating companies that push progressive DEI policies on employees and customers.

The findings revealed that "diversity and inclusion" is the "framework" of the company. Toyota, which has a 100 percent commitment to DEI policies, gives preferential treatment to "diverse" suppliers and has employee resource groups that divide workers based on race and sexual orientation.

Additionally, the car manufacturer is heavily involved in LGBTQ activism. The company sponsored a drag queen program for kids who identify as LGBTQ and supported "The Equality Act," which would allow biological men to use women's bathrooms and compete in women's sports. Toyota has actively worked with HRC, a progressive LGBTQ nonprofit, to help oppose laws that would ban sex changes for minors. Furthermore, the company funds not only its employees' gender transitions but also their children's sex change procedures if the state they live in allows for it.

The report revealed that Toyota has donated to the Trevor Project, a "child-friendly" LGBTQ organization that has conducted chat rooms between adults and kids to discuss sexual matters such as kinks, masturbation, and how to transition genders. The Trevor Project has an exit feature that can wipe the internet browser and hide the website from parents.

The company has also donated to other groups supporting child sex changes including the Dallas Resource Center, Los Angeles LGBT Center, the Workplace Equality Summit, and the HRC.

Sandra Phillips Rogers, Toyota's Chief Diversity Officer, boasted about the company's commitment to diversity in a prior press release. "Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) really is our North Star. Respect for people is in the fabric of our culture. It creates the framework, and it's a commitment that the company has made over a number of years. It's a centering principle."

Toyota is a Japanese-owned company, but it has been manufacturing cars in the United States for more than 35 years. As he released his report, Robby Starbuck wrote on X: "Toyota has been one of the most trusted brands in America but they've gone totally woke."

"To put it mildly," he added, "Toyota seems to have forgotten who their core customers are. They depend on American families and Japanese families to buy their cars." Starbuck then issued a call-to-action and provided contact information for Toyota officials for people to contact.

He continued: "When we use our voices and wallets to vote our values, we can change the world and we can restore great companies to a culture of sanity, meritocracy and political neutrality OR we can inspire competitors to step up and fight for our business. The customer is king and most of us just want companies we shop at to stop virtue signaling about divisive social, cultural, and political issues."
