Trump says Biden 'knows what is happening' with drones over East Coast

President-elect Donald Trump told reporters during a press conference from Mar-a-Lago on Monday that the government and President Joe Biden know what is happening concerning the multiple drone sightings across East Coast states.

When asked by reporters about his thoughts on the drones, Trump said, "The government knows what is happening."

"Look, our military knows where they took off from. If it's a garage, they can go right into that garage. They know where it came from and where it went," Trump added. "And for some reason, they don't want to comment. And I think they'd be better off saying what it is. Our military knows and our president knows. And for some reason, they want to keep people in suspense. I can't imagine it's the enemy because it was the enemy they's blast it out."

Trump added that he thought it would be better for the Biden administration to tell the country what is going on, "Even if they were late, they'd blast it. Something strange is going on and for some reason they don't want to tell the people, and they should."

He then added, "They happen to be over Bedminster," the location of one of the president-elect's golf courses.

Trump added, citing the drone sightings, "I think I won't spend the weekend in Bedminster. I decided to cancel my trip." Last week, on Truth Social, Trump posted, calling for the government to shoot down the drones if the Biden administration really had no idea what was going on with the drones.

"Let the public know, and now. Otherwise, shoot them down!!!" he wrote at the time. The apparent drone sightings have been spotted in the sky in and around New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and other states.
