Trump's upcoming $100 book includes letters of praise from Oprah, other celebrities

“I had a great relationship with Oprah, I had a great relationship with almost everybody. But once I went into politics - and I don’t mean I said something offensive, I mean literally once I went in - it changed.”

Former President Donald Trump is set to release a book called “Letters to Trump,” which is reportedly filled with letters sent to him from celebrities, athletes, and politicians, some of whom he no longer associates with. The book is set to be released on Tuesday, selling for $100 each, according to the Daily Mail.

The report noted that there is a letter which will be published that was sent to Trump by King Charles III without the king’s permission. Among the plethora of other names featured in the book, Oprah Winfrey is reportedly going to be featured, who had asked Trump to use Mar-a-Lago as a location for a business partner’s funeral.

Trump told Mark Levin: “I had a great relationship with Oprah, I had a great relationship with almost everybody. But once I went into politics - and I don’t mean I said something offensive, I mean literally once I went in - it changed.”

Fox News’ Mark Levin revealed various portions of the upcoming book, including a letter from Winfrey that said: “There’s nothing like being treated like a queen by a man who knows how to be a king."

However, the former president conceded that he enjoys being liked by the people rather than celebrities. The recent interview was reportedly recorded before Trump’s indictment in Manhattan, according to the report. Winfrey has since distanced herself from Trump, according to the New York Post.

There is also a letter included in the work that came from Winfrey after Trump had sent her a book excerpt from “The America we Deserve,” which was published back in 2000. It was within this book that Trump apparently said that if he had to choose a Vice President, his “first choice” would be “Oprah Winfrey.”

Winfrey wrote: “Donald, I received the book excerpt. I have to tell you, your comments made me a little weepy. It's one thing to try and live a life of integrity - still another have people like yourself notice. Thank you, Oprah.'

Trump announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election in November, but has not yet revealed who he will make his running mate. It is still uncertain how the Manhattan indictment will affect his chances of getting back into the White House.
