Tucker Carlson made a bold prediction on Wednesday, alleging that the United States will either start a hot war with Russia or assassinate former President Donald Trump in order for Democrats to remain in power in 2024.
During an interview with comedian Adam Carolla, who was a frequent guest on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox News show, Carlson said that if the weaponization of the Justice Department against President Trump fails, Democrats will undoubtedly take other actions to prevent Trump from retaking the White House.
"No one will say that but I don't know how you can't reach that conclusion. Do you know what I mean?" Carlson said to Carolla. "They have decided, permanent Washington and both parties, have decided that there's something about Trump that's so threatening to them. They just can't have it."
"If you begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment, now you go to indictment, and none of them work. What's next? Graph it out, man. We are speeding towards assassination, obviously," Carlson stated.
"Once you start indicting your political opponents, you know that you have to win or else they're going to indict you if they win. So they can't lose. They will do anything to win," Carlson explained. "So how do they do that?"
The world-renowned journalist predicted that Democrats' desperation could result in them sparking a war with one of the greatest nuclear powers outside of the United States, Russia.
"They're not going to do Covid again, I know everyone on the right is afraid they're going to do Covid and mask mandates—they can't do that. They've already been exposed. That won't work," Carlson explained. "What are they going to do? They're going to go to war with Russia is what they're going to do. There will be a hot war between the United States and Russia in this next year."
Despite former President Trump being impeached multiple times on "ridiculous pretenses," and the current unprecedented indictments, Carlson explained that it has only caused Trump's popularity to increase, which has threatened Democrats.
The journalist said that the indictments from the Biden administration and Democrat District Attorneys across the nation are a coordinated effort to keep Trump in prison for the rest of his life.
"Again, if this were happening in Moldova, the State Department would issue an all-hands-on-deck order to let the world know this is not a legitimate government. And yet, our government is doing it. It's really hard to overstate how bad this is, and I don't know where it is going, but there is a collision that is clearly imminent," Carlson said.
"By the way, the president is senile in a way that is impossible to deny. Biden is not running the government," he continued. "I don't know man, I've never been as worried about anything as I am about where this is going."
Furthermore, the host of Tucker Carlson on X, formerly known as Twitter, explained that Americans are waking up to the "lies" of the Biden administration.
"I think the lies are unsustainable. Lying is always unsustainable. You're always found out in the end, whether in your lifetime or posthumously, lies are always revealed, by their nature," he said. "And these lies are so big, obvious, and stupid that it is going to be very clear to the majority of voters before the election that the Biden administration has no idea what it is doing, that Joe Biden is not running the government, and it is not working at all. And I think before that we're going to have a real economic contraction... and that makes everything more intense."

They're not going to start a war with Russia; that makes no sense. If they did what are we going to do? The simplest thing to do is take Trump out. They might arrange for a guilty verdict on one or more of their ridiculous charges, would they let Trump free on appeal? Assassination would do the job, but the regime cannot be connected to it. If they are connected to it - I guess we have civil war.
