On Thursday, Turning Point USA correspondent Drew Hernandez, reporting live from Uvalde, Tex., the site of a recent tragic school shooting, interviewed a person who was protesting against Beto O' Rourke showing up and trying to barge his way into an official press conference on Wednesday.

"BETO STAY AWAY: Citizens here in Uvalde Texas want @BetoORourke to stay out of Uvalde and this local man believes what he did yesterday was disrespectful to the community," tweeted Hernandez along with footage from Uvalde.

"What do you think of Beto O'Rourke coming down here yesterday, trying to politicize dead kids?" Hernandez asked the protestors.

"Yeah, there's just nothing we can do right now, nothing like that," commented the man.

He continued, "Pretty difficult right now to blame this, blame that. Right now is not the time; the time will come soon."

"Do you think that what he did was disrespectful?" pressed Hernandez.

"Yes sir, I think it is," the protestor answered without hesitation.

"What's your message to him?" Hernandez asked.

Once again, without even having to think about it, the man said quickly, "My message to him is just 'stay away, and let's get through this together. This ain't the time or place right now for that."
