At the beginning of a segment on the Sean Hannity Show on Fox News Wednesday night, Don Bongino announced his new show on the network.
Hannity opened the segment by introducing the Fox News contributor and now host. "We have a big announcement. He (Bongino) will, next month begin hosting an all new Saturday primetime program, 10 Eastern, right here on the Fox News channel, and his radio show will be simulcast on Fox Nation."
Hannity then welcomed Bongino to the Fox News family. "Take a bow, sir. You’re welcome to the family, although you've been a member of the family… you've got a major promotion in the family."

Bongino humbly replied, "It's really been a long journey… I've been doing appearances on Fox for ten years. You were gracious enough to have me remember the Great American Panel, right?" referencing a recurring segment in the early days of Hannity’s show.
Hannity joked, "You don’t have to be a wise ass about it and attack me cause I'm old you know, that's not fair."
Bongino laughed and continued, "Remember? You had the football, you had Penny Nance on the panel. I'll never forget. It was my first appearance on your show, on any Fox show in prime time. And you know, you took a chance on me. I know you don't take compliments well, and you hate them, but too bad. You're going to have to eat this one. You really took a chance on me early. I appreciate, I want to thank Fox and the management too, for having… faith in me and my content."
Bongino added, "I won't disappoint the audience. We're going to bring it every Saturday night… at 10 o'clock. I am beyond excited."
Bongino’s show is replacing The Greg Gutfeld Show, which became Gutfeld! and moved to 11 PM on weekdays. Bongino, the former Secret Service will launch his show on June 5.
According to a release from Fox News, "Bongino will tackle the week’s most pressing headlines, drawing on his experiences as a former law enforcement official to discuss Americans’ top priorities: liberty, security and their families. Viewers can expect Bongino’s passionate and powerful voice on topics from policing to censorship."
