Former President Donald Trump joined Fox News host Sean Hannity on Monday night and slammed the Biden administration over their failures at the US Mexico border, saying the border crisis has the possibility of "destroying our country."

The Biden administration’s border policies are a stark contrast from the Trump administration's approach, which was known for their strict immigration laws and the building of a wall along the southern border to secure the US from illegal migrants, drug cartels, human traffickers, and other criminals like the MS-13 gang.

While speaking to Hannity, former President Trump criticized the Biden administrations inaction and for "playing down" the obvious crisis at the US Mexico border that the administration would rather refer to as a challenge.

"People are pouring in. You'll see something as the months go by like you've never seen before," said Trump. "There's never been anything like what's happened at our border and people are coming in by the tens of thousands. They're walking in."

President Trump continued expressing his frustrations and said that all President Biden had to do was "leave it alone." Instead, President Biden signed an executive order ceasing the construction of the border wall his first day as President, which rescinded the Trump administrations strict and effective border polices.

Former President Trump went on to discuss the dangers of the border crisis and highlighted skyrocketing numbers of human trafficking while placing an emphasis on drugs that are "pouring in" to America through the southern border.

"We had it so tight. We were doing so well. All he had to do is leave it alone," said the former President.

"The other thing that people don't talk about…human trafficking and drugs. That's doubled, tripled and quadrupled coming in because that's pouring in right now. Drugs are pouring in," Trump added.

While discussing the Trump administrations strong stance against other countries sending their low-quality citizens to the United States, Trump reminded Hannity of his administration’s prior policies which included withholding aid from countries like Guatemala until they quit sending criminals (the MS13 Gang) to the US border.

"They're sending us people that in many cases, not in all cases are murderers, drug dealers, human traffickers, really bad rapists, really bad people. They're sending us people from their prisons," Trump continued. "Those people are coming into our country."

"If you look at Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, we were giving them $500 million a year, but they weren't letting us take back these incredible, whether it's Ms 13,…horrible people. Gangsters, druglords, they wouldn't let them come back," said Trump. "So I stopped payment."

"I said, how much are we paying them? 500 million. I was very early on. And as soon as I stopped payment, they called. ‘We would love to have Ms. 13 back in our country.'"

"They wouldn't let us, if a plane was flying over their block, the runways, if buses came in, they wouldn't let you enter the country. So we couldn't get anybody back. Now we just bring them back," said former President Trump. "He ended that."

"Now what he's doing is they want to give billions, not 500 million. They want to give billions and billions of dollars to these countries. And what's going to happen is that money is going to go to people that are going to bring people into our country," Trump continued.

Former President Trump detailed the harmful effects Biden’s open borders brings upon United States citizens, including new cases of coronavirus that illegals are bringing into the US—adding to the pandemic as American’s continue to die of the virus.

Donald Trump plead for President Biden to bring back the travel ban on "dangerous" countries in attempt to deter terrorists from entering the United States, a policy that Trump implemented and Biden rescinded.

"You have really some unbelievably dangerous people coming into our country. They're not vetted. They're not vetted from a criminal standpoint," said Trump. "So we have murderers and rapists coming into our country and they're just walking in…people from Yemen and the middle East are coming in and they're coming in at numbers now."

"They can't come in through the airports. They can't get on a plane. And we had the policy, the ban, we had a ban, which was a great thing from very dangerous countries," expressed Trump. "They're ending the ban. They've already ended it so that people can come in from dangerous countries."
