Vancouver saw approximately 200 counter protestors blocking traffic and preventing the convoy from entering the downtown core. Counter protestors blocked traffic using their bicycles and chanted anti-trucker slogans.
CTV's Travis Prasad has tweeted a series of videos showing the action, as police redirect people and truckers are forced to take alternate routes to their destination:

Freedom Convoy counter protests have sprung up across Canada on Saturday as the massive trucker demonstration enters its second week of protest.
"Hey hey. Ho ho - all these truckers got to go," chanted approximately 300 counter protestors in Ottawa. "Whose city? Our city!" can be heard by angry counter protestors. "Go home dipsh*ts," the counter protestors also yelled.
In response, Freedom Convoy protestors chanted "love!"
Despite opposition from the government, the protests have been largely peaceful. A Freedom Convoy supporter has been urging peace with the counter protestors in Ottawa. "There's no point in talking right now. We're all emotional," he said.

Street crime has reportedly fallen in downtown Ottawa since the start of the Freedom Convoy protests where the demonstrators have installed themselves.
Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart had issued an anti-trucker statement, stating: "Vancouver doesn't want you here. Make your point and then go home."
