Jesse Kelly of The First joined Fox News' Tucker Carlson on Tuesday to discuss New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's resignation. Cuomo's resignation came after attorney general Leticia James concluded an investigation into sexual assault allegations.

Kelly and Carlson agreed that the resignation was the result of a political hit job and that the true crime were the policies that resulted in the deaths of an additional 15,000 elderly in state-run nursing homes during the pandemic.

"If they cared about inappropriate touching by Democrats, they'd be looking a little bit more into Joe Biden who's been doing this on camera for a long time and not a single one of his victims are old enough to ride the rides at Disney without an accompanying adult," Kelly said.

"I've been trying to explain to people, this is a palace coup. These communists who've managed to slip enough knives into Cuomo to take him down don't actually care about any of these women, whether they were harassed or not," Kelly said. "None of these women are cared for by Leticia James or anyone else."

"Don't tell me these people actually care. They don't care. It's all about power," Kelly added.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson mentioned the important fact that Governor Cuomo sent sick COVID-19 patients into nursing homes which killed the elderly, yet somehow, the investigation into Cuomo was based on the grounds of sexual assault allegations.

"He killed all those old people in nursing homes. I haven't heard a word about that. They don't matter," Tucker said.

"The important thing is Andrew Cuomo is gone and all is right with the world," Kelly responded.

"Never mind that somebody's grandma, somebody's grandpa, somebody's husband, somebody's wife, is no longer on this planet because Andrew Cuomo murdered them with his COVID policies. Now, the important thing is he got quote "to Italian" according to him and kissed too many women on the cheek," Kelly said.
