"Today, Russia's deputy foreign minister was asked about the possibility that Russia will use nuclear weapons. He's refused to rule it out," Tucker Carlson said.

Tucker Carlson spoke to Tulsi Gabbard on Monday night about what is rapidly becoming an extensive, expensive arms funding mission by the US to the nation of Ukraine.

They dug into the Biden administration's goals for funding Ukraine's war against their Russian aggressors, with Gabbard determining that the US is interested in the "total destruction of the Russian state." There are also sincere concerns about the potential for nuclear annihilation.

"For the past couple of months," Carlson began, "Biden has told us three things about Vladimir Putin. He's evil, he's crazy, and we're going to kill him. We're gonna take him out of office and haul him before the Hague on war crimes charges."

"So what happens," he asked, "when you take someone who's crazy and evil and make him feel existentially threatened? Well, today Russia's deputy foreign minister was asked about the possibility that Russia will use nuclear weapons. He's refused to rule it out."

The US House on Monday passed a $40 billion funding package for Ukraine, to deliver more weapons and help in what critics have called a proxy war between the US and Russia.

"Should we pay any attention to this by demonstration is not they're not worried at all. Tonight, Biden is sending another $8 billion to Ukraine that will help pay the salaries of Ukrainian bureaucrats, the ones who paid off his drug-addicted son," Carlson said.

Carlson said that Gabbard "has from the very beginning said 'hold on, the stakes are high," and noted that he thinks she's been vindicated in that view.

"The Biden administration's policies, words and actions," Gabbard said, "It's just been made very clear to us what their real goal is, and their real goal is destruction of the Russian state. We heard just a few days ago how Secretary of Defense Austin kind of spilled the beans on what our real mission and goal is when he said, and I quote, 'We want to see Russia weakened to the degree it cannot do the kinds of things it's done in invading Ukraine.'

"And so what that means is total destruction of the Russian state. What he's not telling the American people is that Russia has also made it very clear that if we even get close to 'winning and achieving this mission and goal' he's outlined, Russia's said very clearly, they will have no other option than to resort to the use of nuclear weapons, starting first with tactical nuclear weapons and if necessary, escalating to the use of strategic nuclear weapons," Gabbard said.

The subject of a potential nuclear holocaust, initiated by war between the US and Russia, has long been a topic of speculation and a cause for terror among the American people. Each nation has the capability of destroying the other, and a spark of nuclear conflict could quickly lead to a conflagration that would create a mutually ensured self-destruction.

"This is not fear-mongering to point this out, the American people need to know that this is the track that this administration has put us on," Gabbard said, "and the very dire consequences that will occur if we continue down this path to our families, our communities, our country, and frankly, the world. This is the reality that we're facing."

"They're acting like he's Mullah Omar, some illiterate goat herd, who we can just dictate terms to. I mean, this guy runs a country with 6,000 nuclear weapons do they know that?" Carlson asked.

"I would hope that the Secretary of Defense and the president United States would know this, that Secretary of State Blinken would know this," Gabbard said. "You know, there's no explanation for their actions, their decisions and their policies because it directly threatens the lives and wellbeing of the American people.

"But not only the American people, frankly, the world if we continue down this. I think on a hopeful note, it's not too late. That by God's grace, we the people can stop this before it's too late by taking action throwing out the war-mongers that are in Congress, and actually voting for and electing leaders in this country who will take action to end this insanity before, frankly, the world is destroyed," she concluded.

"I thought bringing in Kamala Harris was the most reckless thing I've ever seen," Carlson said. "I stand corrected. This is the most reckless thing I've ever seen anybody do ever. You called it early, I hope in some life, you're rewarded for that."
