A clip of young voters who are supporting former President Donald Trump in the upcoming election swept across social media on Tuesday ahead of the New Hampshire primary election.

The footage, first captured by the Washington Post, consists of interviews with younger voters who were in line for a Trump rally in Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday.

In the short-form interviews, each young voter explained why they will be supporting the former president in 2024.

One 19-year-old said in his interview, "It's just a matter of time before more of these kids become Trumpers."

"His positions on the economy, his positions on foreign policy, on trade, he is very pro-American," the young voter continued. "He's pro-me, pro-the aspirations that I have for the future. I am definitely for Trump."

The 19-year-old Trump supporter said that when he has gone to events for Nikki Haley as well as Ron DeSantis but "couldn't put up with it."

22-year-old Matthew said in his interview, "He doesn't lie to us. He's not a polished politician, which I think is a benefit because he's not going to try and hide and lie."

Another younger voter in the video agreed, "I think that what he's done with the country while he was in office was fantastic."

"Everything seemed to be running smoother," she added. "Prices for everything were much cheaper and affordable for everybody. So, that kind of kept me with him."

In Iowa, younger voters swung for Vivek Ramaswamy as well as DeSantis. Polls in New Hampshire's Republican primary election are expected to close around 8 pm.
