President Joe Biden backed the reasons behind the removal of Donald Trump from the Colorado ballot on Wednesday, then claimed that it was former president and 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump who was a threat to democracy.

Voters who seek Trump as an alternative to Biden are the ones having their rights squashed, while Biden simply praises and advocates for the removal of his top political rival from the presidential contest.

Trump's removal from the ballot, which the campaign will appeal to the Supreme Court, came after the highest court in Colorado determined that Trump had committed an "insurrection" and was therefore disqualified from holding elected office.

The only issue is that Trump has not been charged with the crime of insurrection; he has not been tried for it. There was no trial to determine his guilt, there was no forum for him to prepare a defense against these charges. It was simply determined by a court for the express purpose of denying Colorado voters the right to vote for the frontrunner in the GOP primary race.

"We saw it all, and whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision," Biden said on Wednesday after the Colorado Supreme Court struck Trump from the 2024 ballot over claims of "insurrection."

"But he certainly supported an insurrection," Biden continued. "There’s no question about it, none, zero. And he seems to be doubling down on everything." He took no note of the fact that Trump has not been charged with the crime of insurrection, despite there being 4 criminal cases and one civil case pending against him, two of which were brought directly by Biden's own Department of Justice.

Then Biden went on X and claimed that "Trump poses many threats to our country: The right to choose, civil rights, voting rights, and America’s standing in the world. But the greatest threat he poses is to our democracy. If we lose that, we lose everything."

The threats posed to democracy, however, do not stem from Trump, but from a president who has weaponized the Department of Justice against his leading political opponent and the American people who sought to protest his rise to power.

In fact, Noah Bookbinder, who heads the not-for-profit group that brought the case against Trump's participation in the Colorado election, is a memmber of the Homeland Security Advisory Council who was appointed by Alejandro Mayorkas.

The biggest threat to democracy is Biden's use of the federal government to remove his political rival from contention.

Biden has claimed that Trump "embraces political violence," though it was his vice president Kamala Harris who praised BLM and Antifa rioters in 2020, claiming that the violence would not stop and should not stop.

Biden used his remarks to attempt to win over donors at a Bethesda, MD fundraiser. "He's threatened to use the U.S. military on the streets of America," Biden said. "Once again, he embraces political violence instead of rejecting it. We can't let this happen."

"They’re not going to stop," Harris said on late night TV. "This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not going to stop and everyone beware, because they’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before Election Day in November and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. Everyone should take note of that on both levels. They’re not going to let up and they should not and we should not."

Biden claims that Trump is a threat to democracy because he questioned the results of the contentious 2020 election, while Biden's minions are seeking to prevent the people from even having a choice between the current president and Trump.
