"It's a tough night, not safe. Right now, they're looking for people with their cameras," said videographer Matt Adams.
On Saturday, black bloc militants, who had been concealing their identities behind facial coverings, singled out masked individuals in the crowd and made them take off their masks to reveal their identities. The targeted individuals had either their cell phones or cameras displayed.
An Antifa mob surrounded at least one independent videographer, identified as Matt Adams, after getting singled out for being "undercover." As a result, Adams left the scene for safety reasons.
"I had about 15 of them swarm me, call me a cop, call me undercover, all kinds of stuff, and it's just not safe for me to be here tonight," Adams told The Post Millennial in an interview on Saturday. "It's a tough night, not safe. Right now, they're looking for people with their cameras."
Additionally, violence and intimidation against counter protesters and members of the media have increased as agitators turn to "soft targets" out of fear of further arrests after more than 20 individuals involved with the occupation received federal criminal charges for a variety of offenses, including attacking federal officers, so far.
Rhein Amacher, a pro-ICE counter protester, was robbed and assaulted by a mob of Antifa militants outside the ICE facility on Saturday, leaving him beaten and bloodied. A black clad agitator had stolen Amacher's flashlight, resulting in a physical confrontation.

Injuries sustained by Rhein Amacher from the attack
While reporters attempted to film the mob assault on Amacher, Antifa militants violently confronted members of the media, including The Post Millennial, in an attempt to prevent journalists from filming the attack. This resulted in federal police officers pulling several members of the press into the ICE facility for safety reasons.
Portland city officials and police have done nothing to quell the violence stemming from the occupation, despite dozens, if not hundreds, of pleas from local residents requesting the city to quell the nightly disturbances.
As a result of the ongoing violence against ICE agents and federal police officers in Portland, Border Czar Toman Homan announced earlier this month that he would be visiting the city. Homan vowed to "flood the zone" with ICE agents and significantly increase immigration enforcement operations in the self-described sanctuary city.
