Another order of protection was placed on actor Ezra Miller on Thursday, this time by a court in Greenfield, Massachusetts over the actor's actions regarding a 12-year-old child and their family.
According to The Daily Beast, the child's family said Miller, "menaced them one evening in their neighbor’s home and behaved inappropriately with the child."
On the night of February 2, the mother, the child, and another neighbor were all visiting a neighbor that lived downstairs in Greenfield, which lies around 40 miles from miller’s ranch in Stamford,Vermont. The downstairs neighbor is reportedly in a band with Whitney Suters, who is a close friend of Miller.
The visiting neighbor, who did not live downstairs, recalled that "[Miller] was wearing a bulletproof vest—and I had no idea until later that they were armed."
Tensions reportedly began building throughout the night, starting with a comment from the mother who said that she had been doing some traveling with "her tribe" of people recently, to which Miller snapped and accused her of cultural appropriation.
A following conversation regarding board games resulted in a similar comment from Miller when the conversation landed of Parcheesi. Miller claimed that the game had Rastafarian roots, to which the visiting, who is half black, questioned Miller on what sect of the movement that game originated from.
"At this point, Ezra explodes and started screaming directly into my face," the visiting neighbor said, according to The Daily Beast. "They said, 'You don’t even know what the fuck you’re talking about. What did you say to me? What did you just say to me?!'"
"I was very caught off-guard," the visiting neighbor continues. "Then they opened up their jacket—they had this, like, big Sherpa jacket—and they opened up one side of their jacket, you could see a gun, and they said, 'Talking like that could get you into a really serious situation.'"
Miller then allegedly focused on the then 11-year-old child, saying "I’ve talked extensively with your child, and they have a lot of power to them. At one point, you’re going to realize that you don’t have any control over them anymore. They’re an elevated being, and they would be lucky to have someone like me guide them."
The trio said that the actor then turned to the mother, who dresses in Goth attire, and accused her of being a vampire and with, allegedly yelling repeatedly, "Do you want to drink my blood? Do you!?"
It was after this that Miller began getting close to the child, bringing a chair up next to the 11-year-old, touching their hips, uncomfortably hugging them, and "pestering them with compliments," according to The Daily Beast.
The actor requested that the child add them on Instagram, and said that the two would get horses and that the child could help take care of them in Vermont, after the child expressed interest in the topic.
"They automatically were just weirdly drawn to me and kept talking about how they love my outfit and love my style, and kept going on and on about how it was great," the child recalled. "It was really uncomfortable. I was really nervous. I was scared to be around them after he’d yelled at my mother and she was crying."
Both the mother and visiting neighbor believe that Miller may have been "under the influence" during the incident, saying that the actor had dilated pupils and was showing erratic behaviors. Miller reportedly apologized for the behavior before returning home on June 4, but they haven’t heard from Miller since the news on Tokata Iron Eyes came out.
Miller has now been accused of similar grooming behavior towards two 12 year olds after several high profile arrests for being a public menace.
The first order of protection was served in North Dakota last week over Miller's alleged grooming of a then 12-year-old child, Tokata Iron Eyes, who is now 18.
According to the Massachusetts order, the new child in question identifies as non-binary, as does Tokata Iron Eyes, who is a biological woman. Miller is a biological male who uses they/them pronouns and has said "I don’t identify as a man, I don’t identify as a woman. I barely identify as a human."
The first grooming allegations came from Tokata Iron Eyes' parents who said Miller exhibited "cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior" toward their daughter.
The parents said that Miller drugged their daughter with alcohol, marijuana, and LSD and paid for Tokata to attend college, which the actor used "against Tokata to create a sense of indebtedness."
A Standing Rock Sioux Tribe court Judge issued the first order of protection in response to the child abuse claims and further claims of assault Miller perpetrated towards the parents.
Recently Tokata Iron Eyes absconded from a detoxifying process in North Dakota to join Miller's criminal wanderlust. Iron Eyes was there when the actor was arrested in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and harassment in March of this year. That incident had similarities to another violent encounter in 2020 when he assaulted a woman outside of a pub in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Miller deleted his Instagram on Wednesday after posting several cryptic messages seemingly addressing being on the lam.
The litany of odd writings included "you cannot touch me I am in another universe" and " I shielded from negative people & their ill intent. My spirit, mind, body, soul + success are not altered by anyone's envy. I am protected from all negative people attempt to throw at me."
Miller is currently on the run and authorities are unable to pinpoint what state the actor may be in.
