A video clip from 2019 shows then-candidate Joe Biden lashing out at a voter for asking the President about his son's business dealings in Ukraine. Biden reacted by calling the voter a "damn liar" and "fat."

The voter at the Iowa event had first questioned Biden about his health at the time and then asked about Hunter Biden's dealings in Ukraine.

The voter said, "You.. sent your son over there to get a job and work for a gas company. He had no experience with gas or nothing."

Biden responded, "You're a damn liar man. That's not true."

The video has reemerged after Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released internal documents from an FBI informant which claims that Hunter Biden and his father were paid $10 million in bribes by a Ukrainian oligarch for the purpose of facilitating Burisma business in the US and Ukraine.

The Burisma CEO, Mykola Zlochevsky, allegedly told the source, "It costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden."

Another conversation between a source and the Burisma CFO, Vadim Pojarski, appears to show that Hunter was hired at the company so that his presence could "protect [them], through his dad, from all kinds of problems.'"

The questioning of Biden's health also appeared to get under his skin at the time.

"I'm not sedentary, I get up... You want to check my shape on it let's do push-ups together man. Let's run, let's do whatever you want to do," he told the voter back in 2019.

"You said I set up my son to work on an oil company, isn't that what you said. Get your words straight Jack." Biden continued. "Look, I'm not gonna get into an argument with you, man. But look fat here's the deal."

Biden's team later said he did not call the man "fat" but instead said "facts."

The voter interrupted Biden and said, "It looks like you don't have any more backbone than Trump does." He told Biden he wouldn't be voting for him in the 2020 election.

Biden came back at him and said, "You're too old to vote for me."
