The famous fast-food restaurant In-N-Out Burger has informed employees that they will no longer be allowed to wear masks without presenting a signed doctor's note, according to a company memo leaked on Twitter.

In-N-Out Burger, a Chrisitian-owned company that stood against forced vaccinations for employees and vaccine passports during the covid pandemic, said that the decision was made so customers can see employees' smiling faces when ordering burgers, fries, and milkshakes from the iconic chain.

"We are introducing new mask guidelines that emphasizes the importance of customer service and the ability to show our Associates’ smiles and other facial features while considering the health and well-being of all individuals," the memo reads.

"We believe this policy will also help to promote clear and effective communication both with our Customers and our Associates," it added.

The company noted: "No masks shall be worn in the store or support facility unless an Associate has a valid medical note exempting him or her from this requirement."

While some individuals took to Twitter to condemn In-N-Out Burger's decision to ban masking, others praised the chain for standing strong in its values.

Charlie Kirk, founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, expressed support in a Twitter post writing, "In-N-Out Burger is America's best fast food company. They stand for strong values and don't want their employees masked – which is dehumanizing!"

Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec chimed in on the news and said, "In-N-Out has BANNED mask wearing for employees, Tremendous."

Comedian and editor Tim Young also commented, saying, "In-n-Out burger now forbids workers to wear masks without a doctor's note... This makes perfect sense because masks don't work... and the only people still wearing masks are unhinged leftist lunatics who would be a liability to your company."

There are currently 385 In-N-Out Burger locations across five states, and the company announced in January that it will be expanding east of the Mississippi River and will be opening its first location in Tennessee by 2026.
