Jordan Peterson tells Musk to keep leading Twitter, says everyone has a ‘learning curve’
“Don’t do it. You get to have a learning curve just like everyone else @elonmusk,” Peterson tweeted.
“Don’t do it. You get to have a learning curve just like everyone else @elonmusk,” Peterson tweeted.

On Monday, professor and psychologist Dr. Jordan B. Peterson advised Twitter CEO Elon Musk not to end his leadership of the company in the wake of a poll conducted on the social media platform where 57.6 percent of users said Musk should step down.
"Don't do it. You get to have a learning curve just like everyone else @elonmusk," Peterson tweeted. Musk had written, "Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll."
Peterson's account was one of several, such as former president Donald Trump and the Christian satire site The Babylon Bee, that were banned under the former leadership of Twitter.
Musk has run several polls since he took over Twitter, the results of which he has abided by to date. These included reinstating Trump on the platform. When those results were overwhelmingly pro-Trump, Musk tweeted out "vox populi, vox dei" or "the voice of the people is the voice of God."
In May, Peterson took a break from Twitter, under its old leadership, and said the platform was "maddening us all."
In June, Peterson was suspended from the platform for tweeting, "Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician." He later said he would not delete the tweet and would "rather die" than submit to Twitter's will.
Peterson has been critical of radical gender ideology and the institutions that implement its spread. He first vaulted into the public eye when he refused to adhere to a University of Toronto policy which required the use of preferred pronouns. He called it compelled speech.
He has criticized the impact this ideology is having on the younger generation and has slammed the medical profession for supplicating to the demands of activists
