The public is being asked by Peel Regional Police for help to identify three individuals of interest linked to an August triple shooting at a Brampton cemetery, CP24 reports.

The shooting took place in the afternoon of August 31 at a cemetery in the Chinguacousy Road and Bovaird Drive area. Police received calls informing them of a shooting involving multiple people.

Police arrived at the scene, and later found three victims who suffered from gunshot wounds. One of the victims was sent for treatment at a trauma centre. A second victim was sent to hospital while the third victim went to hospital on his own.

Police say the gunfire from the shooting damaged four vehicles, a nearby school, and a house in the area. Peel Regional Police said in a news release this morning that “Investigators have obtained photos of three men, who are considered persons of interest in this case.”

Those photos have been made public and investigators have asked anyone with information to contact the 22 Division criminal investigation bureau.
