Pro-Palestinian activists marching through downtown Seattle on Sunday cheered after a speaker at a protest declared, “Long live October 7!” The activists took to the streets for the 300th day after the terrorist attack.

Hundreds of activists took to the streets for an event to mark over 300 days of Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists in response to the terror group infiltrating the Jewish state on October 7, 2023, raping, torturing, and murdering over 1,200 people and kidnapping over 250 more. Over 100 remain hostages in Gaza.

The march began at Freeway Park at 1 pm. Activists used bicycles and cars to close intersections. Police were not seen multiple videos from of the event. Activists chanted for a “Free Palestine” as well as “Long Live the Intifada,” an armed uprising against Jews. In the 2000 Intifada, over 1,000 Israeli civilians, including Jews Christians, and Muslims were killed by terrorists.

The group was addressed by Bissan Barghouti, the leader of the Seattle chapter of the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, a group that has been banned in Germany for its support of terrorist organizations, including Hamas. The group advocates for the release of convicted terrorists and is affiliated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a terrorist organization. Barghouti was formerly with the ACLU.

Twice during her remarks, Barghouti stated “Long Live October 7,” which was met by cheers and applause from the crowd. She also claimed that the “resistance” was “freeing Palestine.”

Samidoun’s Seattle chapter was involved in blockading the I-5 freeway in downtown Seattle on Jan 6 and interrupted a Democratic fundraising event in Seattle featuring former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Earlier this month, the city of Sea-Tac dismissed charges against 46 pro-Palestinian activists who blocked a freeway leading to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for three hours and delayed flights in April.

Following the event, Barghouti refused to speak with reporter Cam Higby who asked her about the "Long Live October 7th" call.

The event was sponsored by multiple far left and socialist groups. Their next planned event is on October 5 to mark "One Year of Resistance.

Why is The Post Millennial censoring comments? What happened to the advocates for free speech? Apparently that doesn't apply to speech about the rights of Palestinians & the war crimes by Israel.
