Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan told Fox News’ Sean Hannity Monday night that human trafficking cartels “are animals” and President-elect Donald Trump “is going to take them off the face of the earth.”

Homan, the former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), was selected by Trump to secure the southern border and organize the massive campaign to deport tens of millions of illegal immigrants who entered the US during the Biden-Harris administration. He has already urged illegals to “self-deport” and put sanctuary cities on notice about any intention to block federal efforts to deport illegals.

“These cartels are animals and that’s why President Trump is going to take them off the face of the Earth,” Homan told Fox, adding that cartels are dangerous criminals who have no compunction about who they hurt or kill in their operations and that the Trump administration will be designating them as terrorists.

“They have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world and Trump is committed to calling them terrorist organizations and using the full might of the United States Special Operations to take them out," Homan said.

“There's thousands of gang members … we’re going to be looking for. Now I say if you're in the country illegally, you shouldn’t feel comfortable. Absolutely not,” Homan said, noting that people who are in the US illegally should not think that’s normal.

“I won't feel comfortable if I'm in a country illegally, if I'm in some other country illegally, I'm not going to be comfortable. You shouldn't be comfortable with it either because when you enter this country illegally, you have committed a crime. You are a criminal, and you're not off the table.”

Homan has promised that ICE agents will do their jobs, even if authorities in sanctuary cities refuse to cooperate.
