Investigative journalist Christopher Rufo joined Tucker Carlson on Fox News Tuesday night to discuss his recent report on defense contractor Raytheon. This after he obtained internal documents from a whistleblower which exposed the nation's second largest defense contractor's race-based reeducation efforts.

Internal documents show that Raytheon asked white employees to identify and recognize their privilege, and to "step aside" for minorities.

The program is reportedly centered around "intersectionality," which divides the world into a hierarchy of oppression based on one's race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, amongst other categories. The more oppressed a person is, the higher up the ladder of oppression they stand.

Raytheon told their employees that they should be striving for equity, not equality. Equity is about pushing for equality of outcome, not equal opportunity. The training is a list of recommendations and resources, including telling employees to support defunding the police, and to "decolonize your bookshelf," "participate in reparations," and to "join a local 'white space.'"

"They launched this political indoctrination program," Rufo said, "teaching employees to judge each other on the basis of race, asking employees actually to identify one another on the basis of race during conversations. They provided specific rules for white employees on how to speak to black employees. And they even said that employees should reject the principle of equality and in favor of equality of outcomes, which is a synonym for socialism, maybe communism, and it's really astonishing because this is one of the largest corporations in the world."

"It manufacturers key defense armaments, and yet it has been captured by this woke ideology that seems to be now the dominant force, not only in education and government, but also in business," Rufo added. "I'm exposing it and all Americans should be deeply concerned."

"I think the best way to think about this, Tucker, is think of it as a protection racket, similar to the mob, the mafia, where you pay a small fee. In this case, you virtue signal, you hire the right consent. You signed the right pledges to pledge to decolonize your bookshelf or to interrogate your unconscious bias."

"And then these companies hope that they'll be left alone. That the kind of social media mob, that the politicians in office, that the Biden administration will keep that taxpayer money flowing because they're signaling the right beliefs, but it's transparently absurd," Rufo, senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, told Tucker Carlson Tuesday night.

Christopher Rufo has exposed numerous companies over the last few months for implementing similar trainings, such as Disney, Lockheed Martin, and Sandia Labs.
