Federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York investigating singer Sean “Diddy” Combs in an effort to secure a criminal indictment have issued a new grand jury subpoena against a Miami, Florida hotel, demanding documents and evidence related to him. The subpoena, which names both Combs and his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy, requires the hotel to provide reservation records involving the two and other business associates.

The subpoena covers reservations from 2008 to the present and requests detailed information, including check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences, special requests, and billing information, according to TMZ. Prosecutors have also asked for associated email and mailing addresses, phone numbers, and payment methods.

Earlier this year, agents from the Department of Homeland Security raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an investigation into allegations of sex and drug trafficking. A federal grand jury is confirmed to have convened, with witnesses being notified that they may be called to testify in New York.

Combs has been the subject of multiple civil lawsuits, including allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault. Notably, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura brought a lawsuit against him for assault, which was settled out of court.

Despite the lawsuits, Comb’s attorney has strongly denied the allegations, stating earlier this summer that, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judiciary process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court."
