Gruesome photos of the woman who was seen being beaten by a mob in Cincinnati and knocked out in the early hours of Saturday have been released, showing the extent of how badly she was injured. This comes after Democrat-endorsed Cincinnati council member Victoria Parks posted that she and another man who was injured "begged for" the mob attack.

US Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) posted the photos, saying, "Cincinnati is an amazing and spectacular City. It deserves political leadership that matches the greatness of its citizens. [Mayor Aftab Pureval] issues a late/weak statement, Police Chief blames social media (not the lack of almost 200 officers), Prosecutor Connie Pillich lets off lowlifes with $400 bail, Rep. Greg Landsman silent & posting about Ukraine, City Council member blames the victim."

"This is Holly. She wanted to have a nice evening out with friends. Instead, she got this. Holly gave me permission to release the photos so that others will never suffer what she did. We need and deserve change," he added.

The images showed Holly with a busted lip, huge black eyes, as well as dark bruising around her face and neck. The brawl took place in the early hours of Saturday where the white woman, identified only as Holly from Moreno's post, as well as a man, were beaten by a mob of minority individuals.

Parks wrote in a Facebook comment in response to the mob attack, "They begged for that beat down! I am grateful for the whole story."

The city council is officially non-partisan, however, all members on the council have been endorsed by the Democrat Party, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer. Parks was slammed for her comment, appearing to endorse the violence on various social media platforms.

Five people face charges in the incident, and three of them have been arrested, including 39-year-old Jermaine Matthews, 34-year-old Montianez Merriweather, and 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon. The two men are facing charges of felonious assault and aggravated riot. Merriweather, despite having previous charges against him, was out of jail after paying $400, or 10 percent of his $4,000 bond.

The crimes grabbed national attention over the weekend, with many being critical of the Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge's response to the brawl, who also lashed out at social media users as well as journalists for posting the clip of the fight online.
